- a 140cm double bed on the mezzanine.

This flat is very well located, in the heart of the Chorier/Berriat district, less than 100 metres from the Estacade market, and a stone's throw from all the shops (organic grocery shop, bakery, Asian grocery shop, greengrocers, small supermarket, etc.) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, launderette, etc.).
It is located 10 minutes from the train station on foot and 5 minutes from the A/B tram which will connect you to the whole city quickly. The cleaner tram E will allow you to move around the south of Grenoble.
For students, the property is located 900 m from the IUT, 650 m from the GEM school (management school) and 1.3 km from Grenoble INP and the CEA.
Getting around:
Tram E: "Condorcet" stop
