A very nice T2 fully equipped for 4 people at 3 min from the GEM Management School, the Law Courts, the Presqu'île and its companies.
Large T2 on the ground floor, entrance secured by double door, equipped with :
- an entrance hall with large dressing room
- a bathroom with bathtub, WC, washing machine, washbasin, hairdryer
- a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, sofa end, TV, table and its 4 chairs
- a fully equipped kitchen (crockery for 4, Bosch Tassimo capsule coffee maker - capsules not provided, oven, fridge/freezer, etc...)
- a bedroom with 1 double bed
All the windows have curtains and shutters...
Individual heating

You have access to the entire apartment which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers on your arrival (including the sofa bed)!

I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!

Located in a very quiet residential area with local shops on the Cours Berriat, you have a supermarket near the accommodation.
Direct and fast access (3 min) to GEM. The Tram at 2 min on foot to go to the city center or to the train station (5 min on foot)

By car: free parking of the residence. Direct access from the expressway, exit 2.
By public transport: Tram B to go to the Presqu'île or to the town centre via the train station.
