Carefully decorated for this T2 in the heart of the city, on the 2nd and last floor without elevator of a typical Grenoble building equipped with:
- a fully equipped open kitchen! Dolce Gusto Krups coffee maker (capsules not included), kettle, microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, hob, high table for 4
- a cosy living room! Sofa with convertible meridian (double bed), TV, windows with curtain and roller shutter
- a cocooning room on the first floor! A double bed (140), velux with manual blind
- a classy bathroom! An Italian shower, a beautiful basin with mirror and a backlit towel warmer
The whole apartment is very bright thanks to a skylight formed by the very large velux that illuminates the apartment! For the night, it can be closed with an electric blind.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats)
Air conditioning so as not to suffer from heat in the summer!

You have access to the entire apartment which is equipped with free broadband Wifi.
All bed and bathroom linen is provided for 4 travellers upon arrival (including the sofa bed)!

I remain discreet and the traveller has autonomous access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!

Very central, pedestrian district, near 2 historic streets of Grenoble: Grande Rue and Rue Lafayette. You will find there all the life of Grenoble :) Full of shops, restaurants and a stone's throw from the famous Place Grenette (which is getting a makeover this spring to make you feel more welcome) and its cafés, terraces and Galeries Lafayette.
Covered market in Les Halles 3 min by foot: delicious products to discover in a historic building!
City garden and its shaded terraces in summer ( preferable to the Place Grenette very hot!)
The oldest restaurant in nearby Grenoble: La Table Ronde since 1739!

Parking is possible around the building (subject to a charge during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding car parks: Lafayette car park (3 min on foot) or the Museum car park (5 min on foot, higher).

Tram travel: Sainte Claire les Halles stop, tram B 3 min by foot (station/peninsula-city centre-university link) or Hubert Dubedout stop, tram B but also A 4 min by foot (station-city centre-Chavant-Echirolles/Grand Place link)
Otherwise on foot, ideal for visiting the historic centre of Grenoble!

Cleaning costs include: cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! All household expenses are donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a cot subject to availability and that you make a request when you book.
