My accommodation is 1 min walk from Place Victor Hugo. You will appreciate it for the neighbourhood with restaurants and transport nearby.

It is a penthouse flat, on the top floor of the building, under the roof, with large skylights to give a lot of light and a lot of space to the flat.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker (capsule not included), oven, dishwasher.

This accommodation has a laundry area with a second toilet.

You have access to the entire flat which is equipped with free high-speed Wifi.
All bed linen and towels are provided for 4 travellers on your arrival!

I remain discreet and the traveller has independent access to the accommodation. I live in Grenoble and remain available for all requests!

Following your reservation: A deposit will be requested by bank transfer. Your deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage is noted.

Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs are paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).

A security deposit of 1400 € will be required before entering the premises for all rentals outside the Mobility lease.
