This apartment is very well located, in the heart of the Chorier/Berriat district, less than 100 meters from the Estacade market, and a stone's throw from all the shops (organic grocery store, bakery, greengrocers, small supermarket etc) and amenities (swimming pool, schools, laundry...).
It is located 10 minutes from the train station on foot and 5 minutes from the A/B streetcar, which will connect you to the whole city quickly. The streetcar E, closer, will allow you to move in the south of Grenoble.
Enjoy the Saint-Bruno market from Tuesday to Sunday at 500 meters.
For students, the apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Grenoble Ecole de Managment (GEM)

Getting around:
You are close to the Alsace Lorraine stop (Trams A, B and E) and Condorcet: Tram E.

Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) as well as in the surrounding parking lots.

This is a shared accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
