The dwelling is rented for the exclusive use of the dwelling as a temporary residence and for leisure.
It cannot be the main residence and the tenant may not engage in any commercial, craft or professional activity there. The occupying customer cannot therefore avail himself of the legal provisions applicable to residential leases, in particular with regard to maintenance on the premises. Consequently, the contract will be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code as well as by the conditions provided for herein.
When booking, the tenant will inform his exact time of arrival and departure so that the owner or his representative can be present. The tenant can always change these schedules up to 24 hours before arrival. Upon arrival, the tenant must present a valid identity card or passport.
On arrival, an inventory of fixtures will be signed by the tenant. The accommodation is made available to the tenant in a perfect state of maintenance, the tenant will use it as a "good family man".

When the keys are handed over, the tenant will pay the landlord or his representative the security deposit (amount displayed on the accommodation form and on the confirmation email). It makes it possible to respond to damage that could affect the home, its furniture or equipment and theft. It can also be used to pay for a household not done at the end of the stay, gas/electricity consumption due or a balance of rent. If the household has not been done or not completely done, the amount withheld will be defined according to the time spent by the household business.
Several solutions to pay for it depending on the accommodation chosen: cheque (in euros), cash (in euros), bank transfer or credit card imprint (a pre-authorisation of the amount of the security deposit will be made).
In the event of payment in cash, the owner or his representative may return the security deposit by cheque in euros or by bank transfer if the tenant does not have a French bank account.
In the event of damage or theft, the owner or his representative undertakes to return to the customer the balance of the amount of any security deposit existing after deducting the sums necessary for repairs and/or refurbishment and/or purchases within 60 days of the keys being returned.
If the security deposit is insufficient, the tenant undertakes to pay the difference on supporting documents provided by the owner or his representative.
If the tenant loses the keys to the rented apartment, the owner or his representative will be obliged to have the door cylinder replaced. The invoice will be payable by the tenant.
