Equipment provided: this accommodation is rented with bedding (bases, mattresses, mattress covers, mattress protectors), duvets, pillows, sheets, towels, cloths, starter kit.
House rented by the week from 01 MAY to 30 SEPTEMBER, rates on request.
WATER and ELECTRICITY consumption not included, meter readings on arrival and departure.
Reception and management of the house by a concierge at your disposal.
Certificate of home insurance required.
Use of the premises:
-In order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room, do not leave the water running unnecessarily, and do not leave the doors and windows open if you use the air conditioning or heating, turn off the garden lights when you go to bed.
-All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this respect, please do not throw anything into the toilet bowls, apart from toilet paper (bins available).
-The electric barbecue is at your disposal; the tray must be filled with water before each use and then emptied. Please clean the BBQ grill before you leave (brush provided).
-Parking is as follows: 1 car inside the courtyard, you cannot park in the street in front of the house. Additional cars can be parked in the car parks near the Chemin de Vallauris.
-Please raise the terrace awning when leaving the house and in case of wind.

Safety and good manners
-You are entirely responsible for the safety of your children and yourself in all circumstances. For safety reasons, we recommend that you lock the door to the landing at the top of the stairs at night.
-Please close the automatic gate when leaving the house.
-Please close the automatic gate behind you when you arrive and lock the front door.
-In an emergency, please call the emergency services (18 for the fire brigade, 15 for the ambulance service, 17 for the police).

HOUSEHOLD:
- Compulsory cleaning every 15 days by our concierge service at your expense (€20 per hour).
- Compulsory cleaning at the end of your stay: 200€.

Before your departure
-Please place your bed linen and towels in the laundry bag provided.
-Please start the dishwasher
-Please empty your household waste

Bins are available in the kitchen (grey bin for household waste and grey bin for packaging and plastics).
Please follow the rules for sorting in the outside bins at the entrance to the building:
-Yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging (collection days noted on the container).
-black bin for household waste (days of use noted on the container)
Red stainless steel bin for glass objects (glass deposit on Avenue des Eucalyptus, a 5-minute drive away)
