Mirela P. July 2026 Four-room apartment Aix Centre We lived 3 years here and enjoyed it a lot. The apartment best features are great kitchen with XL fridge, brand-new dishwasher, wine cooler, ample storage, and its fantastic terrace, with a heater, so we used it daily, even during winter for al fresco dining or after dinner wine. It is located on a quiet street in the old town, easily walkable to anywhere. The owners speak perfect English and are friendly, reachable and responsive in fixing any problem. I thoroughly recommend this apartment!
Robert G. July 2023 Four-room apartment Aix Centre This is a super apartment very well equipped. The view from the terrace make stairs not seem so bad. It’s perfectly Aixoise with American conveniences. We had an issue checking in as the former tenants stayed long beyond their planned checkout (almost three months), but once there, we loved it!
Dirk N. January 2021 Four-room apartment Aix Centre There is a problem with the drain system of the en suite bathroom of the master bedroom. We notified the owners a couple of times, but the reply was that it is an old house... We managed the smell by covering both the shower and washbasin drains when not in use, so we were OK, but it's a longer term problem that should be tackled.
Because it is an old house, insulation is very poor. A lot of electrical heating is required to keep the temperature on a pleasant level in winter.
