Comfortable 2-bedroom flat with garden and patio in the centre of Toulouse (5min walk from Minimes metro station) located in a very quiet street, with very fast internet, ideal for remote workers. We are looking to rent by the month, ideally for 3 months from March to June 2025.
You can use the whole flat and park in our car park if you need to.

- 1 master bedroom with queen-size bed, heated mattress for winter and chest of drawers
- 1 office that can be used as a bedroom with a 140 cm sofa bed
- 1 large sofa in the living room where a single person can sleep

Ideal for two people to work from home.
We have fibre-optic internet (ultra-fast connection) as well as 2 sit-stand desks with large screens and ergonomic chairs. We are both IT engineers and work from home.
## Outside:
- The outside area is 50m².
- We have a Weber barbecue that you can use.
- There is also a 6m² terrace with a table, chairs and a parasol for eating or working outside (there is an outside power point).
- We have a small vegetable garden with lettuce, tomatoes, herbs, peppers, beans...

- Bathroom with bath

- Japanese-style toilet (bidet with remote control)
## Kitchen and living room :
- For the kitchen: 2 ovens, 1 microwave, 1 rice cooker, 1 Thermomix and 1 composter.

The windows and sliding glass door are fitted with mosquito nets, making them easy to open and ventilate in summer.

- Bus 27 stops 3 minutes' walk from the house and goes directly to Matabiau station
- Metro line B is a 7-minute walk away
- You are a 20-minute walk from the city centre.

- The television is a smart TV, netflix and other applications included but not cable TV.
