Appt 2 rooms. Marseille 8ème Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, mais avons été déçus par la malhonnêteté de la propriétaire. Elle a menti au sujet du Wi-Fi gratuit dans le quartier, la facture d'électricité était le double du prix annoncé et elle nous a facturé des frais de ménage alors que l'appartement était impeccable. Nous avons eu l'impression qu'elle cherchait à nous soutirer de l'argent. Je recommande de communiquer uniquement par écrit avec cette propriétaire via Morning Croissant afin d'éviter tout problème.

Le WIFI gratuit dans le quartier n'existe pas en France et je ne vois donc pas comment j'aurais pu vous annoncer une chose pareille. Je pense qu'il s'agit d'une mauvaise traduction de votre part. Quand a la facture d'électricité je ne l'ai pas inventée et vous ai fournis les relevés EDF en pièces, il ne s'agit donc ni plus ni moins de votre consommation. Je tiens a disposition du site des photos montrant l'état de saleté dans lequel j'ai récupéré l'appartement, nous n'avons vraisemblablement pas la même conception de la propreté.
