Description

The residence occupies a 1930s building in the Part-Dieu business district. You'll stay just a 10-minute walk from Lyon-Part-Dieu TGV station and 5 minutes from the nearest streetcar stop.
You can find the Garibaldi and Sans-Souci metro stations 600 meters from the residence. They serve the Parc Olympique Lyonnais stadium in 20 minutes, as well as Place Bellecour and the Notre-Dame de Fourvière basilica.
On foot you can reach Jean-Moulin University in 5 minutes and the Part-Dieu shopping center in 15 minutes.

Studios are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV. Accommodations include a kitchenette with a microwave. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Laundry facilities are available at an additional cost.

Breakfast is served daily but is not included in the rent. It consists of a variety of breads (including gluten-free), pastries, and hot and cold drinks. Sausages, eggs, fresh fruit, fruit salad, cheese and yogurt are also available.
The Bistro City, the residence's restaurant, serves traditional regional dishes made with fresh, seasonal products. It is open for lunch and dinner on weekdays.

On-site parking spaces are available upon reservation and are not included in the rent.  

Please note that pets are accepted at an additional cost.

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person, will be paid directly to the residence.
