April 2019If you are planning on staying in Avignon do yourself a favor and stay at wonderful Liza's little studio! It is bright and clean and welcoming, with all of those thoughtful little touches that make you feel you're in a home. Big windows where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine! It's a maximum 10 minute walk to everything in Avignon and only a 5 minute walk to Les Halles, the famous daily market in Avignon where you can buy amazing fresh produce, seafood, and CHEESE.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
