- Breakfast essentials (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster).

THE NIGHT NOOK :
- Hotel-quality 160 cm x 200 cm bed for added comfort
- The bedroom has manual shutters and opaque curtains covering the outside light from the window for ideal sleeping comfort
- A wardrobe with hangers and a shelf to store your belongings for several days

We systematically carry out a thorough cleaning of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. Cleaning is carried out by a specialist cleaning company.

We thank you in advance for keeping the apartment in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to keep your deposit if we notice the slightest damage to the accommodation. Arrival times are from 4pm onwards. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any special requests. Departure times must be before 10am.

An earlier arrival is possible if you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 3pm: €15, 2pm: €20, 1pm: €30, 12pm: €40, earlier on request.

A late check-out is possible if you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your departure, depending on the availability and schedule of our cleaning partner.
Rates: 11am: €20, 12pm: €30, 1pm: €40, 2pm: €50, afterwards on request.

Travellers have access to the entire property.

Other comments
Once your booking has been validated by our team, we will send you a secret code a few hours before your arrival to collect the keys.
Arrivals can be made independently by collecting the keys from a shop less than 4 minutes' walk away, open between 08:00 and 23:45. The same applies to your departure.

Arrival times are only from 16:00 and departure times are before 10:00.

Please note that smoking is strictly forbidden in the flat and that we apply a zero tolerance policy if our teams discover the slightest trace or residue (odour, burns, cigarette butts, etc.).

We can provide you with an umbrella bed for the duration of your stay for an additional €25. (We do not provide sheets).
We can provide you with a baby chair for the duration of your stay for an additional 25€.
Or both for an additional 35€.

Getting around
If you have a car, the flat is very close to the LPA - Terreaux car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the flat).

Parking is charged in the streets during the day but is free in the evenings from 7pm and on Sundays (except in exceptional circumstances which we are unable to advise you of).

On foot, you can easily reach the flat by metro (coming from Perrache station, metro line A - to Hôtel de Ville station).

By bus, the C3 comes from Part-Dieu in the direction of Hôtel de Ville, very close to the accommodation.

As soon as you enter the flat, please inform us of any malfunctions or anomalies you notice.

Respect for the property and the neighbourhood: We are happy to share with you a flat designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to :

- Respect the residential environment:
- Comply with the building's internal rules.
- Avoid any noise likely to disturb neighbours, especially between 9pm and 8am.
- Save energy:
- Close the windows and turn off the lights and heating when you leave the flat.
- Keep the flat in good condition:
- When you leave, please empty your bins, wash your dishes and leave the flat in a tidy condition. This is a mark of respect for the housekeepers who look after the well-being of our guests.

Formal prohibitions :

- Smoking: strictly forbidden inside the flat
- Subletting or transfer of the lease: strictly forbidden, on pain of prosecution.
- Use of toilets: The toilets are exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge of 300 € for intervention.
- Use of sleeping accommodation: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds designed for this purpose are permitted.
- Modification or alteration prohibited: layout of the flat, painting, furniture, decoration, any item of furniture or real estate in the flat.

It is also forbidden to bring in furniture or any other bulky object.
- Events and parties are strictly forbidden.
- Animals (pets or not): are strictly forbidden.

Hirer's liability :

- You are responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during your stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be invoiced on an actual basis.
- Any alteration or transformation of the premises is prohibited and will result in restoration costs.
- You must be covered by rental liability insurance, including the risks of theft, fire and water damage, as well as recourse from neighbours.

Private consumption clause:
Electricity, water and heating consumption are included in the charges, within the limits of normal use. Any excess consumption will be billed to the tenant on presentation of consumption statements and the corresponding invoices. (CHARGES REFERRED TO AS PRIVATE CONSUMPTION THAT CAN BE BILLED TO THE TENANT AND MAINTENANCE)
