LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN:
- The studio consists of a beautiful, light-filled living room with a sofa bed, a sofa bed and a double bed.
- A large, fully-equipped kitchen (two-ring induction hob, top fridge, microwave, television, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle).
NIGHT NOOK :
- The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine floor, accessible via the removable ladder (pull it slightly towards you, be careful when using it). Access may be difficult for the elderly.
- Hotel-quality bedding for added comfort.
SHOWER ROOM :
- Shower room with WC
HIGH-SPEED WIFI (465Mb/s) will keep you connected to the internet and the connected TV will keep you entertained after a day full of discoveries. You can also connect to your Netflix account. Remember to disconnect when you leave.

- 6 minutes' walk from the C3 bus (Hôtel de Ville)

- 2 minutes' walk from the banks of the Rhône
Very close to public transport (metro and bus), you can do everything on foot, as well as being located in a very quiet street.
## Transit
If you have a car, the flat is very close to the LPA - Hôtel de Ville car park (about 5 minutes' walk from the flat).
Parking is charged in the streets during the day but is free in the evenings from 7pm and on Sundays (except in exceptional circumstances which we are unable to inform you of).
You can easily get to the flat on foot by taking the metro (from Perrache station, metro line A - to Hôtel de Ville station).
By bus, the C3 comes from Part-Dieu in the direction of Hôtel de Ville, very close to the accommodation. Very easy to get to.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
