L'appartement est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Il est très agréable, se situe dans un super quartier et se trouve à 10mn à pied d'Esquirol.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.

J’ai séjourné presque un an dans ce studio et j’ai vraiment adoré mon expérience. Christel est une propriétaire extrêmement gentille, attentionnée et très réactive : au moindre souci, elle intervient immédiatement et trouve toujours une solution. Le studio est confortable, bien aménagé et entièrement équipé, en plus d’être idéalement situé, à proximité des commerces, des transports et de toutes les commodités. J’y ai passé un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement ce logement à 100 % !
