Welcome to Paris! We're delighted to welcome you to our 63m2 apartment near the Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, with a unique view of the Eiffel Tower!

Our apartment is located in the heart of the 17th arrondissement in the Pereire district, an emblematic crossroads linking several of Paris's major avenues. The streets adjacent to the apartment are full of boutiques, local shops, bakeries, cafés and restaurants.
The neighborhood is lively yet retains a pleasant residential atmosphere.
Explore the cobblestone streets of this popular neighborhood, a 12-minute walk from the magnificent Parc Monceau, and soak up the authentic atmosphere of Paris.

The apartment's accessibility is a strong point. The surrounding metro stations and especially the RER C will make it easy for you to get around, with direct access to the Opéra Garnier, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame de Paris and the Jardin des Plantes.

Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm
Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.

We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
