This accommodation is only available for rent for students and young workers.

Everything has been thought of to ensure tenants' day-to-day well-being: private shower room and WC, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, quality furniture with large desk, clever storage and comfortable bedding.

A disposable linen kit is provided on arrival and can be renewed on request, at extra cost.
For added comfort, you can bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.

The residence offers an unlimited high-speed WiFi connection, a computer room, a photocopying and printing service and a study room to help students succeed and become more independent.

Residents also have access to a fitness room, a relaxation area and coin-operated laundry facilities.
