Large room in shared apartment
Description
Large convivial apartment of 140 m2 composed of 4 bedrooms. The apartment has been entirely thought out and fitted out to make life as a shared flat.
We are currently three flatmates looking for a new student or young working person flatmate.
Your room is individual and measures 25 m2 with a wooden floor. It has a private bathroom (shower and washbasin). There is a double bed (160×200 cm), a desk, a chair, a large dressing room and a bedside table. It is very bright with two large windows.
The apartment is located on a small square in the city centre. Free bus lines stop at the foot of the building and all amenities are within easy walking distance. For parking, there are free parking spaces in the adjacent streets.
The apartment has :
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, cupboards divided between the roommates)
- a separate toilet
- a washing machine and a hand steamer
- a terrace with garden furniture of about 15 m2
Everyone is independent and does their own shopping, but we regularly organize moments together, but nothing is compulsory!
Rent:
325 € + 75 € charges (electricity, water, internet, home insurance, house tax). Individual lease without solidarity clause. A deposit of two months (650 €) and the first month's rent upon entry into the apartment are required.
A deposit via Visale is possible if you have a visa, otherwise you need a guarantor.
The necessary documents are :
- An identity document
- The last tax notice
- An employment contract (or internship agreement)
- Last three rent receipts
- Last three pay slips or current student card
For visits we are available on Saturday, Sunday and Monday all day long. From Tuesday to Friday in the evening from 18h.

The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
