Large room near Paris
Description
Large room of 18 square meters renovated in January 2020. Period house, very quiet street, 5 minutes from metro 5 (so 15 min from Gare du Nord), close to the canal de l'Ourcq and 2 minutes walk from the new outlet shopping centre Paddock Paris (15 restaurants, galeries lafayette, adidas etc...)
The house is shared with me and my wife (she is Taiwanese) and another roommate.
We have a garden with bbq, hammock etc... that we also share. Very nice in the summer and quiet, no noise as it is a dead end street. Since the beginning of January we have installed a pellet stove in the bedroom as a back up heater for cold days, it creates a really nice warmth!
The area is very safe and very green, with large parks right next door and the Ourcq canal which allows you to cycle to Paris! The 93 may have a bad reputation, but this area of Romainville/Pantin is more like a village and is really quiet.
We are looking for a single person, no couple please (but possibility to receive a guest punctually).
