Comprising a kitchen area, a sleeping area with a 140cm double bed and a desk, and a bathroom with shower, this studio can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style.

Duvets and pillows can be provided if required, and will be subject to a €30 deduction from the security deposit.

However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided. Parking around the residence is easy and free.

During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services:
- fitness room with free access
- coin-operated laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- lounge with giant screen cable TV, free table football and drinks and sweets dispensers
- free wifi access throughout the residence

Please arrive BEFORE 6pm. After this time we will not be able to welcome you. A deposit of one month's rent will be required on arrival.
