This flat is located in a secure residence. A residence manager is on site for your serenity.
Composed of a kitchen area, a sleeping area with a small double bed (120x200cm) and a desk and a bathroom with shower, this studio can accommodate 1 person. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils. The flat is equipped with free wifi access. It is fully furnished in a modern way.
Duvet & pillows can be provided if required, and will be subject to a 30€ deduction from the security deposit.
Bed linen can be provided, for a flat rate of 60€ / month by bank transfer or cheque (change of bed linen every week)
However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided. Parking around the residence is easy and free.
During your stay you can take advantage of all the services of the residence:
- fitness room with free access
- laundry room with washing machines, dryers, irons and ironing boards
- living room with cable TV, table football and vending machines for drinks and sweets
- free wifi access throughout the residence
Please arrive BEFORE 6pm. After this time we will not be able to welcome you. A deposit of one month's rent will be required on arrival.
