Set in the heart of the Alsatian wine-growing region, the holiday home is situated in the centre of Mutzig, a village 4 km from Molsheim, 10 km from Obernai and 25 km from Strasbourg. Ideally situated in Alsace, this studio will allow you to explore the region at your leisure and make the most of its charms. Comprising a living area with a pull-out bed (2 x 80 x 200) and a fully fitted kitchen, as well as a bathroom with a bath and toilet, this studio measures 20m². It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is fitted with a microwave, a fridge, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a coffee maker, and everything you’ll need for cooking. The flat is also equipped with an LCD TV and free Wi-Fi.
The residence provides a free outdoor parking space (or an underground parking space for €4 per night). Pets are allowed for an additional charge payable on arrival. During your stay, you can make use of the hotel-style services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
All service charges are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.). Weekly cleaning is also included in this rate.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – will be payable directly to the residence.

December 2016Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un studio très bien aménagé et très confortable à quelques kilomètres des marchés de noël . zénitude est un lieu à recommander pour une petite escapade en alsace .
