Ideally located in Alsace, this studio will allow you to shine as you wish, and enjoy the charms of the region. A one night stop on the way to Germany, a holiday trip in the vineyards, a business stay in the heart of Europe and so on...

Composed of a living area with a pull-out bed (2*80*200) and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath and toilet, this studio is 20 sqm. It can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, ceramic hob, cooker hood, coffee maker, and everything you will need to cook. It is also equipped with a LCD TV and free wifi access.

The residence offers a free outdoor parking place (or place in underground parking for €4 / night). Pets are allowed (additional charges to be paid on the first day). During your stay you can enjoy the hotel services of the residence (laundry and breakfast).

In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a visitor's tax of an amount that varies per night and per person will be payable directly to the residence.
