Plein Soleil is a stylish, south-facing eco-friendly passive house with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees, a large wooden terrace, and a private plunge pool. Escape the northern winter and enjoy long sunny days in the beautiful Minervois countryside. This comfortable fully heated home is ideal for extended stays, remote working, house-hunting trips, writers, walkers, cyclists, or anyone looking to experience authentic southern France at a slower pace.

With reliable fibre Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and peaceful outdoor space, the house is designed for comfortable living throughout the winter months.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, the wooden terrace, and the private plunge pool. There are no shared spaces. Guests are also welcome to walk around the property and enjoy the surrounding grounds. Many walking (and cycling) routes start directly from the house, with a wide variety of excellent walks for different abilities available in the nearby area. We are happy to share route suggestions and local walking recommendations with guests.

2 bedrooms. Bed 1 (180cm) can be split to a twin, second bedroom (140cm) fixed.
All linen and towels included.

A workspace desk can be placed in the property if required

Around

Beautiful, quiet hamlet in the Montagne Noire with views of the Pyrenees. Situated above a vibrant traditional village with well stocked local shop (depot de pain) which is only 5 minute drive away from the house. The village also has an excellent restaurant, five wineries open for degustation, a regular Saturday morning market with local producers and a busy calendar of activities (bar au vins, music, cultural events) throughout the year.
