The accommodation is situated in the heart of the town centre and is a 7-minute walk from the station. All the buses – which are free – depart from and arrive at Place de la Brèche, which is a 2-minute walk away. The town’s cinema is also on this square, as are a number of restaurants.

To ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible, please read our house rules carefully. By confirming your booking, you agree to abide by these rules.

*** General rules ***

- The accommodation and its facilities must only be used by and for the people named at the time of booking.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not permitted.

*** On arrival ***

- Please let us know as soon as possible if you notice any damage or missing items in the property upon arrival.
- Please adhere to the check-in time (4.00 pm at the earliest), to allow the housekeeping team to prepare the property. We may occasionally be able to be flexible, but only subject to prior agreement.

*** Common sense, respect and good manners ***

- As a general rule, please avoid making noise between 10.00 pm and 7.00 am, as this may disturb the neighbours.
- Please let us know immediately in the event of any incident or a complaint from neighbours.
- Please use the heating responsibly: keep the windows closed whilst it is on.
- Parents remain responsible for their children at all times whilst in the property: for their safety as well as for any disturbance or damage they may cause.
- Remember to switch off lights and electrical appliances when you leave the property.
- Do not move furniture without our prior consent.
- Use the internet access provided to you responsibly: no illegal downloads, do not visit illegal websites, and comply with French law.
- Towels and any other items provided for your use must not be taken from the property.
- Don’t make life easy for burglars! Close windows and doors (and lock them) when you leave the property.

*** On your departure ***

- We will come to see you at the time of your departure to carry out the end-of-stay inspection. We will arrange an appointment with you in advance. We can be flexible regarding the time, but once it has been agreed, we ask that you please stick to it.
- A cleaning service is included, but we ask that you leave the property in a reasonably tidy and clean condition: bins emptied and taken out, the fridge emptied and cleaned, and washing-up done and put away. Please ensure the property is clear of your personal belongings.

*** Security Deposit ***

Generally speaking, a deduction may be made from your security deposit if any unusual costs for which you are liable are incurred. In particular:
- Additional caretaker’s fees in the event of failure to comply with the check-out time and/or the property not being ready at the time of the final inspection.
- Unusually dirty conditions resulting in additional cleaning costs.
- Excessive use of household linen resulting in additional laundry costs.
- Damaged, broken, stained or lost items
- Persistent odours (e.g. tobacco)
