Studio located in a small building in Toulouse. Very bright, its windows overlook a small shady square like a village square, where every Friday morning held a local farmers market. All shops and services are 200 meters as well as a market Hall. A metro station (connection with tram) is also 200 metres away and bus stops. You can easily walk downtown within 15 minutes.

The apartment includes: a living room with desk, table low, large closet space and comfortable sofa that opens easily to leave room for a 140 cm bed. a perfectly equipped kitchen in appliances with table and chairs for meals as well as a storage closet; Finally, a bathroom with shower and WC.

The internet fiber and water are included in the price of rent and a fee of 40 € for electricity, any amount exceeding this fixed price will be paid by the tenant.

Nice apartment in St. Cyprien Mon séjour fut parfait, j'ai été contrainte de quitter cet appartement parce que je changeais de ville. Autrement, il est idéalement situé, les Blazy sont très à l'écoute. Un accueil chaleureux m'a été fourni, je recommande cette location sans faute à tous.
