Nuria is a peaceful one-bedroom apartment set in a unique 46 square metre space with a mountain-inspired décor. This area has retained a village atmosphere and character in the middle of the city. With so much to see and do, you're sure to have the perfect home to come back to.

This studio combines traditional and modern Parisian decor. Light from the sunny balcony illuminates the double bed, which is separated from the living room by an industrial-style grille. The bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and carpets on both sides of the bed.

On the other side of the bed is the living room. Relax on the sofa and enjoy the full multimedia system, or take advantage of the workstation to complete your tasks remotely. For those days when it's too cold to eat on the balcony, there's a two-seater table right next to the window, so you can watch city life from the comfort of the living room.

The bathroom is divided into two sections. The first bathroom has a washing machine, washbasin and shower, while the second bathroom contains the toilet. Both areas are sleek and chic in design. The kitchen, which has a separate room, is fully equipped and carefully decorated. Fully furnished, this house comes with everything you need, including bedding and linen.
