Occupancy
The house is reserved exclusively for the people named at the time of booking. Any additional guests or changes to the list of occupants must be notified in advance. The maximum capacity of the property must not be exceeded.

Parties and events
To protect the property and maintain peace and quiet in the neighbourhood, parties, evening gatherings, receptions and events are not permitted without the owner’s prior written consent. It is also forbidden to invite large numbers of people from outside the property without authorisation.

Respect for the Neighbourhood
The house is situated in a residential area. We therefore ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum, particularly in the garden and outdoor areas in the evening. Quiet hours must be observed between 10 pm and 8 am.

Non-smoking property
Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. Outside, please use the designated areas and do not leave any cigarette ends in the garden.

Furniture and equipment
Furniture, bedding and equipment must be used with care and kept in the rooms for which they are intended. Please do not move heavy furniture. Any breakages, damage or malfunctions must be reported promptly so that we can take action.

Cleanliness and maintenance
Please keep the house in a reasonably clean condition during your stay. For rentals lasting several weeks or months, regular maintenance of the house is particularly important. Rubbish must be sorted and disposed of in accordance with the instructions provided on arrival.

Garden and outdoor areas
The garden is available for guests’ use and must be used with due regard for the neighbours. Outdoor furniture must be treated with care. Barbecues or outdoor cooking equipment are only permitted in the areas designated for this purpose.

Security
When you are away, please close the windows and doors and ensure the house is properly locked. Any keys, access cards or remote controls provided must not be given to outsiders.

Pets
Pets are only permitted with the owner’s prior consent.

Departure
On departure, please leave the property in a reasonable condition, remove any perishable food from the fridges, dispose of any rubbish and return all keys and equipment provided on arrival.

Damage
Any damage exceeding normal wear and tear to the property may be charged to the tenant or the contracting company, in accordance with the tenancy agreement and the inventory of fixtures.
