On the shores of the Mediterranean - I offer you my south-facing, carefully furnished, completely renovated, 30 m² accommodation with all the comforts (hi-fi system, Bluetooth speaker, microwave, LCD TV, DVD, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, hair dryer, toaster, ...).

Are you coming by car? Be serene and enjoy a reserved and secure parking space at the foot of the flat. The access badge will be given to you at the same time as the keys. You may be loaded with luggage, which is why the residence's lift will prove to be a valuable ally.

Gorged with sunshine (facing FULL SOUTH), my flat remains spacious, very bright, with a loggia and its teak lounge ideal for having lunch facing the sailboats (direct view of the Marina and its Quai d'Honneur). At the bend, a seagull will surely come and ask you for a piece of bread on the edge of the large bay window.... An open kitchen (American bar) with all the necessary equipment will prove useful and above all functional for preparing a good salad just back from the local market. My flat has the advantage of being located on the Left Bank, which is undeniably more lively, in the heart of Gruissan's life and above all CLOSE TO EVERY COMMODITY (shops, tobacco, ... ) unlike the right bank which is totally isolated and "deserted".

On the sleeping side, a 140cm sofa bed (quality mattresses) is available in the living room, to which a 90cm sofa bed and an additional 90cm bed are added in the loggia in the summer. It has a capacity of 3 beds (or exceptionally 4 people) in accordance with the regulation of 9 m² per person.
My flat will therefore be ideal for a couple with one or two young children. In the entrance hall there is a dressing room with a large wardrobe. An iron can be provided on request before your arrival.
