The flat is situated in a fully secure residence with a lift.
Featuring modern décor, it sleeps two people and includes a sitting area with satellite TV, as well as a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, electric hobs and a microwave.
Cookware, bed linen and towels are provided.
All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.). Weekly cleaning is also included in this rate.
Breakfast is available at an additional cost at the residence.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – must be paid directly to the residence.
