The 19m² double studio comprises a living area with a double bed, a bathroom, an LCD TV and a kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a ceramic hob, a microwave and a coffee maker. Crockery is also provided.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rent. Pets are allowed for an additional charge payable on site. During your stay, you can make use of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
A parking space is available at an additional cost of €90 per month.
All service charges are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.). Weekly cleaning is also included in this rate.
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – will be payable directly to the residence.
