Nestling on the outskirts of the capital, Boulogne-Billancourt is a town of many assets, also known as the 21st arrondissement of Paris. Boulogne-Billancourt is surrounded on one side by the Bois de Boulogne and on the other by the Seine. Divided into two distinct communes, Boulogne-Sur-Seine is residential, while Billancourt is working-class and was once the historic stronghold of the Renault factories.
