The apartment is quiet, you will feel good, there is everything you need to spend 3 days as 1 year. It is very bright, the connection is "fiber", the space is pleasant, the bathroom is very beautiful.

Very large T2 on the 3rd floor with elevator, consisting of :
- lounge area with TV, sofa bed (2 places), armchair, brick wall, glass roof
- fully equipped kitchen open to the living room
- a very charming bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- a room with a double bed

Quiet, residential and safe area 10 min walk from the city center. Tobacconist's shop, bakery, mini-market, restaurant, pharmacy at less than 5 min walk !
Arrival by car? The street and its surroundings are free, enjoy it!
Without car? Take advantage of the Tram stop at the foot of the building to go to the train station, downtown or on the Presqu'île or on the university campuses!
Need some fresh air? To let off steam? Go to the Parc Paul Mistral at 5 min walking distance: many tracks for running or cycling and a green area in the city :)
Feel like culture? Go for a movie at the Pathé Chavant cinema (9 min walk) or a show at the MC2 (10 min walk or 1 tram stop).

The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot or by bike.

Parking is possible and free in the streets around the building (be careful not on the boulevard itself) as well as in the surrounding car parks.

There is a large balcony for smokers but I don't want any cigarettes inside the apartment, please respect this rule :) You have storage cupboards you can even stay several months if you need, there is room for you and your stuff !

The cleaning fees include : cleaning but also the supply of bed and bathroom linen.
Solidarity housing! The totality of the cleaning costs is paid to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and solidarity cleaning).
It is also possible to provide you with a baby bed subject to availability and that you make the request as soon as you book.
