The house is situated in a very quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood, so we do not allow parties in order to respect our neighbours’ peace and quiet.
One parking space is reserved for the property, right outside the front door.
This two-storey village house comprises, on the ground floor, a large 35m² living area with a lounge where you’ll find a smart TV with free Wi-Fi (+ RJ45 sockets) and reversible air conditioning in every room.
A fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, bar area, crockery) will allow you to cook whatever you wish.
On the ground floor, there is also a separate toilet with a utility area for the washing machine, and a master suite with its own en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower) and walk-in wardrobe, with direct access to the terrace (160×200 bed).
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, a study and a bathroom with a bath, plus a second toilet.
The second bedroom has a 140×190 bed, and the third has two 90×200 beds which can be pushed together to create a king-size bed.
The living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows open onto a large 30m² terrace, shaded by a pergola.
In the garden, a hot tub awaits you, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity (available from April to the end of September).
It is fully enclosed by a solid wire mesh fence topped with a privacy screen.
Charging electric vehicles is permitted for an additional fee (please request this at the time of booking); otherwise, it is prohibited.
A travel cot with a duvet and sheets is also available, as well as a play mat.
A selection of board games is also available, plus a Wii.
The house is very close to the A61 motorway exit, making it very easy to reach Toulouse (around twenty minutes’ drive).
