Typical Bordeaux stall Many issues with this property.
Apartment had black mold and dust/dirt, as well as spider webs on move in. Several lights had dead bulbs.
Zero communication from landlord/rental company relating to move-in aside from the move in date, zero instruction on how anything in the apartment worked, and when I had complaints about how dirty the apartment was and how several items in the apartment did not function or were dirty, they did nothing.
Apt. Was burgled in March, neighborhood is quite bad
