To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to maintain peace and quiet in the residential complex, we would be grateful if you could observe the following rules.
Respect for neighbours
The accommodation is situated in a quiet residential complex.
Please respect your neighbours’ peace and quiet, particularly in the evening and at night.
Parties, social gatherings and events are strictly prohibited in the flat.
Music and conversation must be kept at a reasonable volume, particularly after 10.00 pm.
Number of guests
The accommodation is designed to accommodate a maximum of 8 people.
Only those named at the time of booking are permitted to stay in the flat.
Visitors may be welcomed on an occasional basis, provided they do not disturb the neighbours, but they may not stay in the flat without prior consent.
No smoking
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the flat.
Balconies may be used, provided that no cigarette ends or rubbish are thrown over the side.
Cleanliness and maintenance
The flat must be kept clean and tidy throughout your stay.
Please ensure, in particular, that you:
leave communal areas clean after use;
clean the kitchen and wash up after meals;
take the rubbish out regularly;
do not leave open food that may attract pests;
take care of the furniture, equipment and linen provided.
Kitchen
Please never leave a hob, oven or electrical appliance running unattended.
Appliances and utensils must be cleaned after use.
Bathrooms
Please air the bathrooms regularly and ensure that no standing water is left on the floor.
Wipes, sanitary products and other items must not be flushed down the toilet.
Balconies and terraces
Balconies must be used with due regard for the neighbours.
It is forbidden to hold parties there, make excessive noise or throw objects, cigarette ends or rubbish.
Parking

Keys and access

When leaving the flat, please ensure that:
the windows are closed;

the front door is properly locked.
Pets
Pets are only permitted with the landlord’s prior consent.
Departure
On departure, the property must be left in a tidy condition: washing-up done, rubbish taken out, furniture put back in its place and personal belongings removed.
