Warm in the heart of the Marais This apartment is a great space! We loved our time in the Marais, and the kitchen/other features are well set up. Unfortunately, Welkeys as a property management company is not great. We could not get solutions to issues that came up, and as a result, have a hard time recommending this apartment. We cleaned, caught mice, and fixed appliances, but we cannot rewire the internet or fix the plumbing, and we shouldn't have those issues go unsolved for a month despite constant emails about them.
