Located in the heart of central Bordeaux, this is a flat measuring approximately 32 square metres (Carrez) with an additional 8m² mezzanine. Please note that this mezzanine has a low ceiling: 1m76 at its highest point and less than one metre at its lowest. A desk has been set up there.
The flat is on the top floor of a pedestrianised street in the very heart of Bordeaux. It has a reversible heat pump, so air conditioning is provided. There is no lift.
Unconventional in design, it is very light and airy with nine windows; it is not overlooked but offers views over the rooftops and Place Pey-Berland.
The kitchen includes two induction hobs, a fridge, a microwave and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower with Grohe taps and a rain shower head, as well as a wall-hung toilet.
The bedroom features a 140x190 bed, to the left of which is a built-in cupboard with a hanging rail and drawers.
It’s a very light and airy space, with soft colours, plants, lovely views, and a quiet air-conditioning unit for when it gets too hot… in short, a calm and relaxing place once you’ve climbed the four flights of stairs!
Unless you’re putting your suitcase straight into Bordeaux Town Hall, it’s hard to find a more central place to stay, and here you’ll enjoy everything the very heart of the city has to offer in terms of restaurants, sightseeing, shops, transport and more!

Charges not included in the rent:
- Electricity
- Dry-cleaning costs: to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, blankets and all bed linen are provided clean and ironed by a professional dry-cleaning service. Upon check-out, the tenant is expected to return these items in the same condition as received; otherwise, the dry-cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit (with proof of payment). If you bring your own bed linen, the rent will be reduced by 10 euros per month.

October 2021We stayed here for 4 months and it was so lovely, Virginie was the perfect landlady. The flat was brilliant.. the location is so central too! We will absolutely come back.
The correspondence of scale depends on the date of realization of the DPE. For a DPE issued since July 1st, 2021, the values E, F and G differ for properties in climatic zones H1b, H1c and H2d and at an altitude above 800m. Please contact the lessor to find out about these elements.
