The Residence is located in Bois d'Arcy, 10
km from Versailles and close to the business districts of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Élancourt, Plaisir and Guyancourt. It offers villas and flats, all renovated in January 2020.
Each flat features a living room, a flat-screen TV with Chromecast technology and free high-speed Wi-Fi. They also include a fully equipped kitchen and dining area.
Breakfast includes a variety of breads, including gluten-free bread, AOC products from Poitou-Charentes such as butter and croissants, fruit salad, fresh fruit, various cheeses as well as organic yoghurts and a variety of organic teas.
From the residence, you can easily access public transport directly to the Château de Versailles. The residence is 2 km from the Fontenay-le-Fleury train station, which provides a direct RER service to the Montparnasse train station in Paris.
A shuttle service can be arranged to the Plaisir-St Quentin business district, as well as Plaisir and Montigny-le-Bretonneux, at an additional cost.
Guests have access to a laundry service at an additional cost.
On-site parking spaces are available upon reservation and are not included in the rent.
Please also note that pets are accepted at an additional cost.
In the case of a seasonal rental, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person, will be payable directly to the residence.
