This residence is ideally located in the Ville-Port district, right in the centre of Saint-Nazaire, close to the Ruban Bleu shopping centre and a 5-minute drive from the shipyards. The beaches of Pornichet and La Baule are just a 20-minute drive away.

Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine and all crockery and cutlery.

Laundry facilities are available at an additional cost.

Breakfast is served daily but is not included in the rent. It includes a variety of breads, including gluten-free bread, pastries, as well as cold and hot drinks.
