Description
Saint-Nazaire's privileged location, between the Loire Estuary and the Atlantic Ocean, offers the ideal setting for an overnight stopover or a longer stay. Close to the city centre, just a few minutes' walk from the TGV station and 10 minutes' drive from Sainte Marguerite beach, our residence is ideally located. It will suit all your stays with friends, family or business travellers.
The double studio comprises :
- a living area with a double bed,
- bathroom with bath
- an LCD TV
- and a fully equipped kitchen
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge and ceramic hob. A coffee maker and crockery are also provided.
The residence has a self-access gym and a paying car park. You can also take advantage of the outdoor swimming pool in season. Weekly cleaning is included in the price. An ironing board is available at reception and can be used on request. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. During your stay you can take advantage of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
You can arrive at any time thanks to the residence's access code system. Reception is open until 7pm. If you plan to arrive after these times, please contact the residence so that they can give you these access codes.
In the case of seasonal rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax of an amount that varies per night and per person must be paid directly to the residence.
