→ Hotel quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.

Traveller access:
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Welkeys concierge who will be responsible for handing over the keys and carrying out an entry inventory with you.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Inventory of fixtures on arrival: 117€.
- Cleaning fee: 62€.
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 22€.
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44€.

A deposit by bank print (not debited) will be requested from the platform in the amount of two months' rent excluding charges.


By car :
The flat is located only 800 metres (5 minutes) from the "Villeurbanne Cusset" exit of the ring road. You will be able to move around easily without losing too much time with the traffic in town, while being calm (the flat overlooks the park of the residence).
On site, you can park your car in the box provided in the condominium.
As an indication, it will take you about 20 minutes to get to Saint-Exupéry airport, the west of Lyon (Ecully, Tassin, etc.) or the south of the agglomeration (Campus Lyon 2 "Porte des Alpes", Feyzin, Mions, etc.).

By public transport :
The flat is very well served and you can easily get to most points of interest in the city, both for work and for going out.
- Metro A stop Cusset (5 minutes walk): direct to Hôtel de Ville (opera), Place Bellecour, and Perrache station. Connection at Charpennes station with metro B for La Doua campus, Part-Dieu (station and shopping centre), Gerland stadium. Connection at Bellecour with the metro D for Vieux Lyon,
- Trolleybus C3 stop Bernaix (5 minutes walk): direct to Part-Dieu, (train station, shopping centre), city hall (opera), and Saint Paul train station (in old Lyon),
- Trolleybus C11 stop Bernaix (5 minutes walk): direct to Guillotière / Saxe-Gambetta (Lyon 3 university centre) and the south of Part-Dieu,
- You can also reach the T3 tramway at Gare de Villeurbanne (15 minutes walk) and many secondary bus lines at Place Grandclément (10 minutes walk).

Our recommendations according to your destination, to get you (almost) everywhere in 20 to 30 minutes:
- Part-Dieu station: Metro A and B (Charpennes connection) or trolleybus C3,
- Perrache station: Metro A direct,
- Saint Exupéry airport: the Rhône Express tramway connects the airport to Vaulx-La-Soie station in 20 minutes, then take the Metro A (2 stops) to the flat. The Rhône Express continues to Part-Dieu but the journey will be longer and the connection is less easy,
- City centre (Hôtel de Ville, Opera, Rue de la République and Place Bellecour): Metro A or direct C3 trolleybus,
- Vieux Lyon (traboules, fourvière, restaurants): C3 direct to Gare Saint-Paul (north of the Vieux Lyon district), or metro A and D (connection at Bellecour) to Vieux Lyon station (further south). You can also start your visit further south, in Perrache, via the Ampère district and the quays of Saône,
- La Doua campus: Metro A, connect to Metro B or tramway T1 at Charpennes,
- Lyon 2 and Lyon 3 campuses: C11 (direct to Saxe-Gambetta / Guillotière) or metro A then connection to tramway T1 at Charpennes,
- Grange Blanche (hospitals, university): C3 or C11 to Grandclément (or 10 minutes walk) then take the C26 bus (direct).

Easily accessible on foot:
- Around Place Grandclément (10 minutes walk): shops and services (bank, bars, Carrefour supermarket). Market on Tuesday and Thursday morning.
- In the neighbourhood: ASUL Tennis, Médipôle, Studio 24 - Pôle Pixel.
