We ROUTINELY carry out a thorough clean of the flat to ensure your comfort and peace of mind. The cleaning is carried out by a specialist cleaning company.

We thank you in advance for keeping the premises in perfect condition. We will not hesitate to retain your security deposit should we notice even the slightest damage to the property. The property is non-smoking; vaping is prohibited, and no parties, pets or excessive noise are permitted.

Check-in is available from 4.00 pm. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any special requests. Check-out must be by 10.00 am.

Early check-in is, however, possible if you contact us between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, subject to availability and the schedule of our cleaning partner.
Here are the rates: 3 pm: €15, 2 pm: €20, 1 pm: €30, 12 noon: €40, earlier by request.

The accommodation is situated very close to the banks of the Rhône, easily accessible via the motorway network (A6) and very well served by roads.

If you’re driving, on-street parking is chargeable during the day but free in the evenings from 7 pm and every Sunday (barring exceptions which we are unable to disclose).

On foot, you can easily reach the accommodation via bus C6 (Parc Tête d’Or Duquesne stop) or bus 38 (Garibaldi – Tronchet stop), which is just a few metres from the flat. Coming from Part-Dieu station, it takes just 10 to 15 minutes to get there.

The flat is a 6-minute walk from line A (Foch).

A 5-minute walk away is an Auchan supermarket, which is open from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm every day.
