Check-in is usually from 2 pm. Check-out must generally be by 10 am. Guests are asked to respect the house rules; smoking is not permitted in the flat, nor are parties, and noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 pm. Pets are not permitted. The tenant must pay for their electricity and gas consumption; the meters will be read for this purpose on arrival and departure.
