This accommodation is only available for rent for students and young workers.

This flat is located in a secure residence with magnetic badges and video surveillance.

It comprises a living room with kitchen, lounge, bedroom with double bed (140cm), bathroom and WC. All rooms are separate. This T2 apartment can accommodate 1 person. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style.

A disposable linen kit is provided upon arrival and can be replaced upon request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you may bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.

During your stay you can take advantage of all the services of the residence:
- fitness room with free access
- meeting room with TV, video projector, projection screen and adapted sound system
- laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- indoor patio with garden furniture

Please arrive BEFORE 6pm. After this time we will not be able to welcome you. A deposit of one month's rent will be required on arrival.
