Comprising a living area with kitchen and sofa, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bathroom with shower, this flat can accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The flat has free Wi-Fi access. It is fully furnished in a modern style.

Duvets & pillows can be provided if required, and will be subject to a €30 deduction from the security deposit.
Sheets can be provided for a flat rate of 60€ / month by bank transfer or cheque (change of sheets every week).

However, PLEASE BRING YOUR BATH TOWELS as they are not provided. Parking around the residence is easy and free.

During your stay, you can take advantage of all the residence's services:

- coin-operated laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryers, irons and ironing boards
- lounge with giant screen cable TV, free table football and drinks and sweets dispensers
