This accommodation is only available for rent for students and young workers.

More than a residence, it is a friendly place to live in the spirit of a village, with communal living areas, green spaces to breathe in, and optimised and comfortable private spaces. The level of community facilities and the quality of the services are at the service of good living and therefore of the success of studies!

Everything has been designed for the daily well-being of tenants: private bathroom and WC, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, quality furniture, clever storage and comfortable bedding (140cm bed).

The residence offers an unlimited high-speed wifi connection, a very large living room and a study room to encourage the success and independence of students.

A disposable linen kit is provided upon arrival and can be replaced upon request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you may bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.

A fitness room and a laundry room are also available to residents for a fee.
