This accommodation is only available for rent for students and young workers.

More than just a hall of residence, it’s a friendly place to live with a village-like atmosphere, featuring communal living areas, green spaces to relax in, and well-designed, comfortable private spaces. The standard of the communal facilities and the quality of the services are all geared towards ensuring a good quality of life – and therefore academic success!

Everything has been designed with tenants’ day-to-day well-being in mind: private shower room and toilet, a fitted kitchen with a fridge, high-quality furniture, clever storage solutions and extremely comfortable bedding (140cm bed).

The residence offers unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, a very large communal lounge and a study room to support students’ academic success and independence.

A set of disposable bed linen is provided on arrival and can be replenished on request, at an additional cost.
For added comfort, you are welcome to bring your own bed linen.
Please note that bath towels are not provided.

A gym and a coin-operated laundry facility are also available to residents.
