- The flat is entered via a long corridor, passing the kitchen on the left before entering the living room.

- The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large leather sofa and chair for relaxing, a large red 'hand' armchair, a coffee table and a table that seats 4 comfortably for meals. Opposite the sofa is a flat-screen TV, DVD player and stereo.
