This accommodation is only available for rent for students.
The 35m² one-bedroom flat, suitable for 4 people, comprises a living area with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, an LCD TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
The kitchen is fitted with a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and a ceramic hob. Crockery is also provided.
Bathroom facilities: Bath or shower.
Sleeping arrangements: Double bed in the bedroom (140×190), sofa bed in the living room (140×190)
Free Wi-Fi access in all apartments
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a fridge, a ceramic hob, an extractor hood, a coffee machine, a kettle and everything you’ll need for cooking. The flat is also equipped with an LCD TV and free internet access.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price. Pets are allowed for an additional charge payable on arrival. During your stay, you can make use of the hotel services offered by the residence (laundry and breakfast).
For holiday rentals, in addition to the monthly rent, a tourist tax – the amount of which varies per night and per person – will be payable directly to the residence.
All utilities are included in the rent (water, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.). Weekly cleaning is also included in this rate.
A parking space is available at an additional cost of €90 per month.
